Joint Meeting with PBA 286

A joint meeting has been set up with PBA Local 286 and with our contract Attorney specifically so that the members could ask any questions regarding the new 1.5% medical deduction, and the current status of the contract appeal. Please come and bring all pertinent questions.  The meeting will be held on June 8, 2010 at 5:00 PM located at 401 Grand St. in the Jury Assembly room on the 3rd floor.  Any questions please contact President Garcia.

The Passaic County Corrections Officer PBA Local #197 is the official recognized representative of the Passaic County Corrections Officers.

We are affiliated with the New Jersey State Policemen's Benevolent Association, Inc.

PBA Local #197 is devoted and dedicated towards the needs of its members. Over the years, we have taken action of matters of importance to the Passaic County Corrections Officers. The PBA has been and will continue to be united in its negotiations for better working conditions, salaries, benefits, and pensions.

PBA Local #197 serves the Passaic County communities with donations and assistance to charitable organizations and events.
